The decision to make an empty nester life style change from our Calgary house in the suburbs to a downtown condo in Toronto came with a promotional move for my husband in 2004. Our first trip to Toronto to look at real estate was dismal, largely due to the initial realtor we consulted. At the end of our four day trip we fortunately met with Carolyn McEwan and at this time arranged a furnished rental.
